Unbecoming to Become

Movement 1: Uncover Your Core

We begin by exploring what lies beneath the surface—our learned patterns, false

identities, and internal narratives. Before growth can occur, we must gain awareness of

who we’ve become and why. This movement invites honest reflection to uncover the

beliefs and experiences that have shaped how we see ourselves and the world.

Movement 2: Unlearn Limiting Patterns

Transformation begins with release. Here, we intentionally let go of fear, shame,

perfectionism, and habits that no longer serve our wellbeing. Unlearning isn’t losing who

we are—it’s rediscovering what’s true beneath the layers of conditioning and

expectation.

Movement 3: Heal to Transform

Healing bridges the gap between who we were and who we are becoming. This

movement focuses on restoration—mentally, emotionally, physically, and relationally. As

we integrate past experiences, we begin to reframe setbacks as lessons, draw strength

from vulnerability, and align with a renewed sense of purpose.

Movement 4: Become Through Practice

Becoming requires intention. In this movement, we develop new habits that reinforce

who we are becoming—gratitude, mindfulness, boundaries, resilience, and authentic

connection. These daily practices cultivate emotional balance and empower sustainable

growth.

Movement 5: Sustain the Transformation

Becoming is an ongoing process, not a destination. This final movement is about

maintaining momentum through community, self-awareness, accountability, and

rhythm. As we live out our growth, we learn to sustain transformation and model it for

others through how we live, love, and lead.
