Meaningful connection is fundamental to a fulfilling life. Yet, this connection can be disrupted—by unexpected loss, relational conflict, or difficult decisions that leave us feeling ungrounded. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with restoring these connections: to ourselves, to our relationships, and to our communities
.
I work with teens and adults experiencing life transitions, attachment challenges, neurodivergent experiences (including ADHD and autism), relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and provide LGBTQ+ affirming care. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
I believe therapy isn’t about fixing something that’s broken—it’s about making space for healing, growth, and deeper understanding.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered—I meet you where you are and walk alongside you at your own pace. There are no expectations or prerequisites for healing. You are welcome just as you are.
