The journey forward is inward.
Hi there! I'm excited for you to be finding the right counselor for you. Everyone deserves to have appropriate support and connection in their journey. I believe that change happens in ways that are completely unique to every individual. Therapy is an opportunity to learn what your healing looks like while having someone to support and learn alongside you.
If you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or a major life change, you don't have to figure it out alone. I offer in-person and online therapy for clients from teens to adults. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally sensitive care for people of all backgrounds.
I use evidence-based and integrative approaches tailored to you, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sand tray, and somatic processing techniques.
No matter how much or how little of your story you share, I am honored to be a witness to a part of your journey.
"Therapy is an opportunity to learn what your healing looks like while having someone to support and learn alongside you."
