I walk alongside adults who are ready to heal the emotional wounds that have shaped how they see themselves, especially those formed in difficult family systems or within spiritual and religious environments. These experiences can leave lasting impacts on identity, worth, and relationships.

My work centers on helping clients gently uncover those patterns, understand their origins, and build healthier ways of moving through life. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused approaches, I support individuals in clarifying who they truly are beneath old messages and expectations.

As both a therapist and clergy member, I hold a deep sensitivity to how both family systems and faith communities can both nurture and harm—and I offer a safe, inclusive space for clients, including those in ministry, to process these complexities.

My goal is to create a non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and able to move toward greater emotional and spiritual well-being.
